lol i just had to make a thread about this. I'm not to good at psi pets they always seem to hurt me in the end. Just wanted to know what everyone thought about them and their previous experiences with them

My thoughts... psi-pets are easier to maintain and take care of than real pets. My experience is that I've made dozens of psi-pets. I've killed over half of them and I've let the rest roam about. They aren't on my property anymore... they're somewhere... learning how to be strong rouge entities...lol.

True, your psi-pet won't continue to live unless it is sustained... even if you do program a long longevity, that just means that it's taking more time to completely dessipate and loose all form. So if you want it to maintain all it's form and programs then a good idea would be to regularly sustain it with more energy.
